Obituary

FORD, Newella Ardis, 93, of Seminole, passed away November 4, 2017. she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob), brother Melvin Mach, and sister, Hattie Cullen. She is survived by her loving family, brothers Delford Mach, Largo and Franklin Mach, Anderson, SC, daughter, Ardis Singleton, (Ken) Redington Beach, and sons, Jim Ford (Robbie), Orlando, and Bob Ford, St. Petersburg. She was a loving grandmother of 6, 8 great grands, and 1 great great grandson. She dearly loved her horse, Storm, with whom she won many awards. She had a long career as a secretary at Bay Pines VA. She always believed her children could succeed in anything they pursued. She grew up on a farm in Wessington, So. Dakota, married, and settle in Pinellas County in the 1950's, never to leave. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The family wants to express their gratitude to the Inn at Freedom Square for her wonderful care. Interment will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery, with memorial service on Nov.16th at 1:30PM. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to Church by the Sea, Gulf Blvd and 137th Ave. Madeira Beach, FL 33708 or favorite charity.
