Janice Elliott McDonald, 72, of Tierra Verde, Florida, left this world to be with her savior Jesus Christ on October 25th, 2017.
She leaves behind her husband of 52 years Kenneth McDonald; her two daughters, Renee Richards (Michael) and Cindy Dehmer (Lee); her five grandchildren, Kenny, Tommy, and Emily Richards; Shayna and Kaelyn Dehmer.
She moved to Florida from her hometown Birmingham, Alabama in 1964. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) at the University of South Florida and passed the CPA exam. She worked as a Financial Executive in the Health Care and Social Services Industries. She was a member of The Island Chapel Church in Tierra Verde. Her love for sharing God with others lead her to become a leader with the Bible Study Fellowship. She enjoyed boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Island Chapel in Tierra Verde on Saturday November 4th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Bible Study Fellowship.
