Thomas Nash Grayson, 74, died unexpectedly on October 12th at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Bluefield, West Virginia on January 29, 1943 to Edwin and Audrey Grayson, Tom moved with his family to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1958, where he attended St. Petersburg High School and later graduated from Largo High after the family moved to Seminole. With more than forty years in the lending business, he retired in 2015 as President and Owner of G & D Financial Services, a mortgage company specializing in private investor mortgage loans. A passionate and highly ranked tennis player, Tom played many tournaments in Florida and across the country. He was predeceased by his parents, and brothers, Bill and Eddie. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Darlene Grayson. He is also survived by his two daughters, Sandra Grayson Welsh and Lori Grayson Daigneault, and his four grandchildren, Megan & Shane Welsh and Malerie & Simone Daigneault, along with two sisters, Susan and
Sally Grayson, and his brother Jack Grayson. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to All Children's Hospital or Academy Prep Center for Education in St. Petersburg. A celebration of life will be held at the Treasure Island Club on Wednesday October 25th, 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
