In memory of Margaret Mary Hildebrand, passed away June 18, 2018. Beloved wife, mom, mother-in-law, grandma and great grandma. Marge lived a very happy and full life. She was born on the west side of Chicago and graduated from Providence High School. Her loving parents, Patrick and Theresa Horan, immigrated from County Kerry Ireland.

Marge was always a hard worker, having worked at various jobs downtown all during high school. After graduation she started working at George Spies, Inc. There she met her soon-to-be husband and the love of her life, Bud Hildebrand. From their first date they were inseparable. They married in 1955 and then Bud moved this city girl to Princeton, IL a small farm town community. It wasn't easy but she adjusted well. The first two children were born here.

The family of four returned to the Chicago area where they bought their first home in Morton Grove. Three more children were added to the family. Marge was devoted to her family and her extended family. She loved to cook and everyone always looked forward to having her famous chocolate chip cookies. She enjoyed raising her children and she created a very loving home. Her Catholic faith was extremely important to her.

She was a great support to Bud in his work with Jostens. He couldn't have asked for a better partner in life.

Upon retirement they moved permanently to St. Petersburg, Fla where they enjoyed life. She passed peacefully from this life and into heaven with family and friends by her side. She received the best of care from the Suncoast Hospice Center. She will be greatly missed.

Marge is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Rudolph R. "Bud" Hildebrand, 3 daughters, Mary Brand, Katherine Fuhrman, Julie Flanigan, 2 sons, Martin and Dennis, 2 brothers, Joseph and Thomas Horan, her sister, Ann Marie Page, 9 grandchildren, Mark, Tiffany, Deenna, Richard, Jillian, Ian, Patrick, Brett, Margaret and 3 great grandchildren.
